It’s been teased for a while, but Deadpool and Wolverine’s “Please Silence Your Phone” PSA has finally arrived in theaters. Naturally, it’s also hit the internet. So if you can’t wait to be told off by one angry mutant and one snarky anti-hero, you can do so right away.
You should always silence your phone at the theater. But this Deadpool & Wolverine PSA certainly doesn’t hurt as a reminder. It also gives us a very vibrant and bleep-full taste of what’s to come in the full movie. We knew Deadpool & Wolverine is rated R, but even just this “Silence Your Phones” PSA is more intense than we expected. There are dick jokes. There are threats of violence. And there are F-bombs and more. We need a minute to reconcile this PSA, what it means for Deadpool & Wolverine, and the MCU.
Anyway, please silence your cellphones, bub. Or this extra vicious (and R-rated) Wolverine will make you. Gulp! Deadpool & Wolverine release in theaters on July 26, 2024.
