Could JUSTICE LEAGUE Feature the SUPER FRIENDS’ Hall of Justice?

The Justice League have had a variety of famous headquarters to hang their capes. Originally they were housed in a cave (not very glamorous). Later on, they had an orbiting satellite above the Earth called the Watchtower, made most famous by the Justice League Unlimited series on Cartoon Network. But for a certain older generation of fans, for whom the team of Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, and Aquaman will forever be thought of as the Super Friends, their HQ was the majestic Hall of Justice. Now, it appears that their cartoon home base might become their movie home base as well.

According to some photos of the English set of the currently reshooting Justice League film, which is being completed by Avengers helmer Joss Whedon, it seems the team’s iconic base of operations might be making an appearance in the movie. The first of the images, which have been showing up on Twitter (via CBR), come from the account of DC World (courtesy of someone named Roger Skillin, apparently). In the photos, we see what looks like an obstructed curved-arch-structure inside of a hanger. It’s not 100% certain that is the classic Saturday morning HQ, but it sure does bear a resemblance to it. You can see the images in the tweet down below:

Interesting side note: The Super Friends Hall of Justice is based on a real life building, the Art Deco style Cincinnati Museum Center at Union Terminal in Ohio. As one can imagine, the building has become a favorite spot for DC Comics fans to take pics of when in Ohio.

Would you get all the nostalgic feels seeing the Hall of Justice on the big screen? Or are you worried that the Hall would automatically come with the Wonder Twins? Let us know what you think down below in the comments.
