Later this summer, Disney’s Christopher Robin will place Ewan McGregorOpens in a new tab in the title role as he gets reacquainted with his old friends from the Hundred Acre Wood.
The latest trailer for the film replaces the emotional heartstrings of the first two previews with an uplifting and adventurous tone. What’s more, advance tickets for Christopher Robin have now gone on sale via FandangoOpens in a new tab and other outlets.
Disney also revealed that Pooh, Piglet, Tigger, and Eeyore have also been given their own emojis on Twitter, as you can see in the tweet below:

Agent CarterOpens in a new tab star Hayley AtwellOpens in a new tab is also appearing in this film as Evelyn Robin, Christopher’s wife. Of course, the focus is on Christopher’s relationship with his childhood friends, but perhaps Christopher Robin may pass on the legacy of looking after Pooh and company to his young daughter, Madeline Robin (Bronte Carmichael), or at least share the wealth.
In other stories, the main character’s reunion with the gang might be played up as a descent into madness. But Christopher Robin is setting us up for a far more joyous occasion, and we can’t wait.
Christopher Robin will be released on August 3.
