Instead of a birthday cake, Disney+ decided to celebrate its fifth birthday with a gift for us. The streamer and its sister site Hulu released a trailer for their 2025 slate of shows. It includes never-before-scene footage for some of the most highly anticipated upcoming releases, including MCU series like Daredevil: Born Again and Ironheart. It also features new looks at season two of both Andor and Percy Jackson and the Olympians, as well as season four of The Bear. But the most exciting—and terrifying—tease comes from a nightmare that will hit close to home. This promo has the first footage and teaser trailer for Noah Hawley’s upcoming Xenomorph-filled show Alien: Earth.
Big stars, big properties, and big action abound in this big look at what TV shows Disney+ and Hulu will offer fans over the next year. From Cassian Andor’s return to the fight for freedom and Carmy’s return to the kitchen, this teaser provides some of our best looks yet at returning series. It also features the debut of some new ones, including Sterling K. Brown’s Paradise, Glen Powell’s ( Eli Manning-inspired) Chad Powers, Ellen Pompeo’s limited-series Good American Family, and more. But then, of course, we have a brief teaser of Alien: Earth.
We can’t help but nerd(ist) out over an iconic movie monster making the move to the small screen. This trailer gives us a brief but tantalizing glimpse at the horrors that await us on Alien: Earth. No one can hear you scream in space, but they’ll definitely hear those cries of terror on our home world.
Disney provided a list of its full 2025 (with one late 2024 release) rundown. It includes:

- FX’s The Bear Season 4*

As far as birthday celebrations go, this is one of the best gifts we’ve ever received for someone else’s big day. At least, it will be until a Xenomorph eats us.
