The V/H/S franchise is back with yet another anthology installment to bring you lots of terror this Halloween. Believe it or not, the first film came out 12 years ago and delivered an inventive premise along with lots of fantastic scares. And, last year’s installment proved that this franchise could still deliver consistently solid stories. Now, V/H/S/Beyond is coming to Shudder and its official trailer gives us a taste of what we will see on this new set of tapes.
The V/H/S/Beyond trailer doesn’t skimp on the blood and gore, but that’s exactly what fans want. We see some pretty gnarly images of otherworldly things with plane survivors colliding with a UFO and the police facing a wild horror in a not-so-abandoned house.
The segments in V/H/S/Beyond are as follows: “Wrap,” “Stork,” “Dream Girl,” “Live and Let Dive,” “Fur Babies,” and “Stowaway.” The list of directors includes Jay Cheel, Jordan Downey, Virat Pat, Justin Martinez, Christian Long, and Justin Long, respectively.
