Red Dragon Wyrmling, Wight Web & Ogre Miniatures Come to Life From D&D’s 2024 MONSTER MANUAL

The 2024/2025 Monster Manual was an exciting offering to fans of Dungeons & DragonsOpens in a new tab. After all, it had been 10 years since the Monster Manual had been revised and A LOT had happened in the world of D&D since then. And, of course, monsters and creatures are some of the most fun aspects of any exciting campaign. As the description for the 2024 Monster Manual shares, “This revised and expanded Monster Manual contains a horde of creatures for the fifth edition DUNGEONS & DRAGONS game—a monstrous menagerie of familiar favorites like dragons, giants, and mind flayers, plus a host of new monsters like the arch-hag, the blob of annihilation, and the vampire nightbringer.” The manual quickly became a must have for any D&D player. But now, you can take your love of creatures to the next level, with WizKids’ Monster Manual Collection I  of miniatures, which uses updated creature designs from the 2024 Monster Manual.

At Nerdist, it’s our pleasure to exclusively reveal three new miniatures from the Monster Manual Collection I  set, Red Dragon Wyrmling, Wight Web, and Ogre. You can take a look at the exquisite figures below.

As mentioned, the D&D Icons of the Realms: Monster Manual Collection I is the first set of miniatures to use creature designs entirely from the 2024 Monster Manual. And you have to admit, these monsters have never looked better. We are absolutely obsessed with the level of detail and rendering that exists on these creaturs from the WizKids’ Monster Manual Collection I. The Ogre’s teeth look jagged and sharp. The Wight Web has spiky armor that we are literally jealous of and an awesome sword to boot. And the Red Dragon Wyrmling is cute and terrifying all at once. (And isn’t its ocean of individual scales just amazing?)

It additionally includes a great selection for building a varied collection of Dungeon & Dragons‘ most popular creatures no matter where your campaign may take you. In addition to the ogre, the Wight Web, and the Red Dragon Wyrmling, WizKids hints that you might uncover Ghast, Helmed Horror, Nightmares, and more. We know we’re excited to dive into what’s in store.
