Pay What You Want & Support Charity For A Massive Pathfinder Book Bundle

Powered by Geek & Sundry

We’ve talked about Humble Bundle before and how it’s a great way to leverage your geeky passions to support charity. Roleplayers now have the opportunity to get in on what video gamers and book junkies have been able to enjoy in the past as Humble Bundle and Paizo have teamed up to put together to offer the Humble RPG Book Bundle: Pathfinder.

The pay-what-you-want bundle, that lets you allocate how much goes to the publisher, the charity and Humble Bundle, is totally perfect for the startup RPG group, GMs and players looking to start a game in an established & highly flexible system, or the seasoned Pathfinder player who just wants to have electronic versions of their books, which is a sublimely good idea.

The core bundle consists of the PDF versions of the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game Core Rulebook, Beginner Box, GameMastery Guide, GM Screen, Advanced Class Guide, Player Character Folio, and In Hell’s Bright Shadow (Hell’s Rebels Adventure Path 1 of 6).  In case you were wondering, that’s a whole lot and more than enough to get a group going.

If you pitch $15 or more, you’ll also get Pathfinder Roleplaying Game Ultimate Magic, Ultimate Combat, Ultimate Campaign, Bestiary 2, Dance of the Damned (Hell’s Rebels Adventure Path 3 of 6), Pathfinder Campaign Setting: Inner Sea Poster Map Folio, and Pathfinder Society: Year of the Sky Key Scenario Mega-Pack (23 Adventures!)

And if you’re willing to give more than $25 – and pay for shipping on top of that –  you’ll get the physical copy of the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game Beginner Box (which is retailing for far more than that online.)

(Personal aside: I’ve helped a friend move and carried their collection of Pathfinder books and references, not dissimilar to this bundle. It’ was enormous, took up an entire shelf and was heavy. The electronic versions won’t just save your back, but may also save your friendships in the future.)

The bundle will be supporting Extra Life, a program of the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, so your generosity for a bundle of books that would otherwise cost you several hundred dollars won’t be for naught.

What do you think of this RPG Humble Bundle? Which games would you want to see bundled in the future? Let us know in the comments!
