This STAR WARS Fashion Collection Brings Balance to The Force

Star Wars is everywhere. Darth Vader, R2-D2, BB-8, and Kylo Ren are slapped all over packaging for groceries and housewares. I see new The Force Awakens apparel every time I visit places like Target or Macy’s. I’m happy even if my bank account is weeping. And my wallet has another reason to hate me today because Her Universe and Hot Topic have partnered to release a new Star Wars fashion collection for women that toes the line between everyday chic and everyday cosplay.

If I had to pick one word to describe the line, it would be elegant. The caped Darth Vader dress and the sleeveless take on Leia’s iconic white dress from A New Hope have clean lines and beautiful shapes. I can’t say I’d really wear a caped dress (what would Edna Mode think?!), but I dig the way it looks.

The collection isn’t just about dresses; it also has three stylish jackets. You can choose from a black pleather Darth Vader jacket with a snazzy red lining, a BB-8 bomber jacket, and a Boba Fett bomber jacket. Also in the “things to keep you warm” department are Darth Vader and R2-D2 sweaters and a Star Wars: The Force Awakens tour tee. You can keep cozy throughout fall and winter with all Star Wars gear all the time. We’re so spoiled.

Visit the gallery below to see the new Star Wars collection, and then head over to Hot Topic to place any orders. Everything is available except the Leia dress, which will arrive in December. The entire site is 25% off today, November 16, so it’s a fine time to pile these items up in your shopping cart. If you stumble upon the site later though, be patient. Hot Topic has regular sales.

Which items in this collection are at the top of your wish list? Head to the comments and tell us about your favorites.
