Take a Peek Inside the Cards Against Humanity Science Pack!

Take a Peek Inside the Cards Against Humanity Science Pack!

A study published in Nature this week found that [David Attenborough watching us mate] is good for you in small doses.

At this year’s Bay Area Science Festival, the (in)famous party game Cards Against Humanity released what appears to be a one-off science themed-pack. Since the pack isn’t getting a wide release [UPDATE: CAH has confirmed on our Facebook page that the science pack will be available online early next year!], let’s take a quick peek inside, for science!

The cover of the science pack was designed by comic artist Zach Weinersmith of Saturday Morning Breakfast Cereal:

Cards 1

What black cards will you be playing for? Here are 6 of the 7:

Cards 4

As for the white cards:

Cards 2

They are hilarious:

Cards 3

(And yes, female ducks have evolved labyrinthine vaginas to deal with male ducks’ corkscrew penises.)

There’s another dozen or so white cards left in the pack (“driving into a tornado to learn about tornadoes,” “photosynthesis,” “slowly evaporating,” etc.), but if you want a full set of sciencey CAH cards, check out the downloadable Cards Against Science set!

  1. Lily says:

It is actually the opposite. Female ducks evolved to have labyrinthine vaginas to reduce the amount of rape happening with male ducks. Several male ducks will actually pursue one female at once. (This still happens) The vagina evolved to prevent that as a defense mechanism, but then male ducks, in order to adapt so their species could thrive, evolved to form a corkscrew penis in order to fit the vagina.
