New LEGENDS OF TOMORROW Poster Shows the Team Ready for Action

After this week’s awesome Flash/Arrow crossover event (Check out our recaps here and here), fans couldn’t be more excited for the debut of Legends of Tomorrow, which premieres Thursday, January 21 on the CW. After playing supporting roles on their respective programs, it’s time for these heroes (and villains) to take the spotlight for their own, as shown by this new poster.

New Legends of Tomorrow Poster

Unlike other promo images, this is the first time the entire team has been revealed in full costume. From Arrow, there’s the Atom and White Canary. From Flash, there’s Captain Cold, Heatwave, and the COSTUMED Firestorm. (When you come from a comic called The Fury of Firestorm, jeans and a fleece jacket don’t exactly scream that impressive). Now that they have made their debuts this past week, Hawkman and Hawkgirl join the team in full gear. (Hawkman even has his mace!) The only team member that will make his debut on the series itself will be Rip Hunter, played by Arthur Darvill. Hunter is a time traveler that brings the team together to help save the future from the threat of the immortal Vandal Savage (Casper Crump).

Legends of Tomorrow also stars Brandon Routh, Caity Lotz, Wentworth Miller, Dominic Purcell, Victor Garber, Franz Drameh, Ciara Renee, and Falk Henschel.

So what do you think? Are you excited for Legends of Tomorrow? What other DC Villains should the team face? Is there a future team member you want to see? Let me know on Twitter or sound off in the comments below.
