Nerdist Podcast: Mike Birbiglia 3peat

Birbigs 3peats on the Nerdist Podcast to discuss his critically acclaimed new film Sleepwalk With Me. Mild but not Earth-shattering spoilers ensue, and in between jokes about using babies as camera phones, the guys actually get into some uncharacteristically heavy relationship break-up talk. Could this be considered “a very special Nerdist Podcast”??? YOU DECIDE. And then rejoice in the powers of decision you have in the universe.

Just wanted to say: Love the Anamanaguchi at the beginning and I love Mike Birbiglia.

  2. James says:

I went through a long term relationship break up yesterday. This was a big help. Thanks.

    Pussy talkin Jonah = Bronah

  4. Ben Cox says:

This episode might be my favorite ever. I laughed hysterically, I cried (in the middle of a crowded Panera in Cincinnati, shit was weird), and I loved every minute of it. You guys are the best.

  5. Mike Nunez says:

just bought: “Game Over: How Nintendo Zapped an American Industry, Captured Your Dollars, and Enslaved Your Children” from Amazon just to support the Nerdist Podcast. Your welcome chris!

  6. Erika says:

I can’t wait to see this movie. I also have a rare sleep disorder which was tough on my marriage. My ex husband helped me through many surgeries to get to the point I could be more independent. It was that bad – it was caused by a ENT surgery gone wrong…
I have an amazing doctor in NYC who has written a book on the topic. There are more sleep disorders today because we are evolving with narrower upper airways and also we are fatter – bad alone and in combo. There are also more central sleep disorders that seem more biochemical/neurological with hormonal imbalances exacerbated by endocrine disruptors in the environment, food, lifestyle issues. It’s complicated.

Love the Nerdist network and podcasts!!
I wish it were easier for women to move on from relationships as adults – we are raised more to define ourselves as wives, mothers and not just by ourselves and our careers. Maybe that is changing now. I am trying to change in that way but it’s been a total identity shift.
