Nerdist Catches Up With Marvel’s AGENTS OF S.H.I.E.L.D. Cast at Season 3 Premiere!

Tonight, Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. returns to ABC for its third season premiere…and things are going to get positively Inhuman as Director Coulson’s team attempts to find and protect the rapidly growing number of newly empowered superhumans!

Last week, Nerdist’s Clarke Wolfe was on hand for the official season 3 premiere of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., and she caught up with series stars Clark Gregg, Ming-Na Wen, Chloe Bennet, Iain De Caestecker, Elizabeth Henstridge, Nick Blood, Adrianne Palicki, Henry Simmons, Blair Underwood, and newcomer Constance Zimmer, as well as showrunners Jed Whedon and Maurissa Tancharoen, in addition to Marvel’s Head of TV, Jeph Loeb.

Wolfe asked the cast about which actors or actresses they want to see guest star on the show, and most of them suggested members of The Avengers! Gregg had a more personal selection because he wants a musical episode of the series. Oh…and Clarke, POINTS! for the unexpected mash-up of Marvel and one of ABC’s top-rated shows.

The next question on the agenda concerned the superpowers that the cast wish that they had in reality. And a lot of the responses were the same; we blame LA traffic for that one!

Finally, the cast members revealed who their characters would choose to be for Halloween this year. There were some surprising picks in there, as well as a little genderbending. Oddly enough, some of the cast members want to be each other.

Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. fans, what did you think about the responses from the cast? Declassify your responses in the comment section below!
