@midnight Last Night: Patton Oswalt, Matt Braunger, Nikki Glaser

Last night’s edition of Chris Hardwick’s @midnight on Comedy Central featured Patton Oswalt, our own Matt Braunger, and Nikki Glaser celebrated National Cat Day, kicked off another round of #HashtagWars with lame versions of comic book characters, guessed what pick-up line the Knicks’ J.R. Smith used on Twitter, imagined tweeting from the Titanic, and guessed whether certain Yelp reviews were for strip clubs or comedy clubs.

If you missed it, watch these clips:

Rich Cat/Poor Cat – Cash Cats

Rapid Refresh – Meet Me at Cheesecake Factory

#HashtagWars – #LameComicBookCharacters

Tweets Through Time – Titanic on Twitter

Comedy Club or Strip Club – Poles & Pee

Tonight, @midnight shall feature the comedic stylings of Scott Aukerman, Matt Besser, and Megan Neuringer. Watch it on on Comedy Central at midnight ET/PT. And follow the show’s Tumblr and, of course, the Twitter account. With your cat.

  4. Mike says:

Jesus Christ. I watch this show alone. I don’t have the benefit of a crowd to get me going. My neck hurts from laughing. I’m going to give myself a serious, non-genital related injury from a video on the injury because of you, @nerdist. Mother Fucking Axesome.
