Marvel Unveils New AVENGERS: AGE OF ULTRON Poster

It’s the final countdown, you guys! No, not until Gob Bluth performs tricks illusions for us, but rather until the highly anticipated Avengers: Age of Ultron hits theaters on May 1, 2015. Although we still haven’t seen any shots of Paul Bettany’s The Vision in action, Marvel has thrown hungry fanboys and fangirls a bone with a brand new theatrical poster featuring the entire cast in another stoic, action-ready pose of everyone looking off into the middle distance.

Honestly, I’m not sure the Avengers know how to stand any other way. You’d think they’d try some fun visual tableaus like a human pyramid or maybe playing around with levels. Still, when they look this good, I guess I can make an exception.

  1. Orionsangel says:

Why do they keep obscuring The Vision?

  2. ed says:

The DC detractors are strong with the hate for this sequel promo poster … guess having no new movies out is gonna do that to you. (But don’t worry, the MARVEL fanboys are gonna return the favor when the desaturated Snyder for Batman’s New Return/ The Justice League Prequel, er I mean BATMAN V SUPERMAN poster’ll be out.) Ah, fanboyism– movie division.
I was hoping to get a clear-cut view of Vision for the poster and disappointed in that. Another photoshopped posings for a movie poster? Maybe the p.r. department at MARVEL/DISNEY should let Whedon design the movie poster; pretty sure he’ll be more “creative” at it.
I guess Vision’s gonna be a surprise for the film?

  3. Taylor Anne says:

Not particularly happy with this one. Would’ve thought they would have at least tried to make it look like more like an equal team.

  4. Ben says:

if you look above Hulk’s head, you can see Vision.

  5. Mike Hunt says:

I’m so tired of these superhero movies where everyone is always unmasked!
