Hardwatch: Week of March 2nd, 2015

It’s still winter. As a result, we’re encouraging you to stay inside where it’s warm and safe. (Yes I know that a lot of people don’t live in places where it snows and is frigid for months, but those of us who do are a little traumatized at this point in the winter.) But don’t worry, there are plenty of great things on TV and a lot of them feature Chris Hardwick! Here’s where you can find him this week.

First up! If you are one of the lucky who are living in LA where it is not snowing, you can see Chris live at the Wayne Federman International Film Festival on Saturday at 7pm. He’ll be presenting Fletch to the live audience. Tickets are available at Cinefamily.org.

There are four new episodes of @midnight to look forward to on Comedy Central. Monday night Doug Benson, Jen Kirkman and Baratunde Thurston will take the stage and try to win the internet. Tuesday night we know that Kevin Smith and Matt Mira will be at the podiums, but the third contestant is a surprise. Neal Brennan, Bryan Callen and Esther Povitsky will bring the funny. And the week concludes with Trevor Moore, Nick Thune, and Heather Anne Campbell. How many references to #thedress can we anticipate?

Tonight you can catch Chris on Talking Dead right after a new episode of The Walking DeadHis guests will be the show’s lovely Alanna Masterson, producer Denise Huth, and VEEP‘s Timothy Simons. We are excited!

Nerdist Podcast also has new episodes to look forward to this week. In addition to a new hostful episode with Matt and Jonah, Better Call Sauls Michael McKean sits down with Chris to talk everything under the sun all the way back to his early days in radio. The final treat for your ears will be Ted Melfi to discuss all things St. Vincent.

Now that you have a whole list of things to keep you out of the cold this week, go follow Chris on Twitter, Instagram and Tumblr so you know all the things that pop up in his day-to-day. We’ll be back next week with another round up of the places you can see him.

“The third contestant is a surprise”?  No it’s not, it said who it is when I looked it up on my DVR listings.  If it’s meant to be a surprise, then I won’t say here in this comment thread.
