Fangirling is back! Nerdist‘s celebration of all things fandom returns on October 4 with brand new episodes and brand new hosts. In each episode hosts Dani Fernandez, Markeia McCarty, and Sam Maggs will be joined by rotating guest hosts like Erika Ishii (Geek & Sundry), along with some of the biggest guests in geekdom, to talk about pop culture and why we love it.
Dani (Nerdificent, Natural Selection, Anime Gateways) is an on-screen host, writer, anime fan, and self-declared Vegeta stan. Markeia, a diehard comics fan also co-hosts and contributes to DC Universe’s DC Daily and Collider Heroes. And Sam is no stranger to geekdom, authoring captivating books like Fangirl’s Guide to the Galaxy and Girl Squads.
The intrepid hosts will bring you some of the newest voices across technology, science, gaming, entertainment, and more, with all kinds of focused segments. The show invites anyone with nerdy passions to join in the joy of pop culture discussion and fandom deep dives every week. Whether it’s video games and comic books or makeup and fashion–or a combination of any of those together! Fangirling is returning this fall to celebrate it with you.
