Fan-Made Little PREDATOR Doll Is Disturbingly Cute

In just over a month, The Predator will bring back one of our favorite cinematic monsters to the big screen after nearly a decade away. Predators may not have a face that’s easy to love, but there’s no denying the power of its classic look and design. Now, an enterprising Russian fan has taken their appreciation for the creature to a new level by releasing handmade Predator dolls.

Via Geeks Are Sexy, artist Anna Popova created the Little Predator dolls and is currently offering them for sale at their Etsy shop under the name Lamapie. On the site, Popova notes that the Little Predator dolls are “completely handmade,” and therefore impossible for them to make an exact copy each time because Popova doesn’t use molds in their creations.

But because of that flexibility, Popova can make the doll at almost any size beyond the normal five-inch height. Popova also notes that the Little Predator’s face, hands, and feet were made with acrylic paints, matte finish, and gloss varnish on polymer clay. Wool was used to create the signature Predator dreadlocks, while the body was sewed together out of artificial fur.

Popova requests that anyone interested in buying a Little Predator doll contact them before placing an order, as it can take about three weeks to make each one. You can find more of Popova’s work on Etsy, including their impressive takes on Harry Potter‘s Dobby the House Elf and Falkor the Luckdragon from The NeverEnding Story.
