Coming Up on the Nerdist Podcast Network: Billy Crystal and Josh Gad, Adam Carolla and more…

The schedule’s still up in the air for the coming week at the Nerdist Podcast Network, but we do have a few to tell you about (all subject to change, of course, but you know that). Like:

Comedy legend Billy Crystal and Olaf himself, Josh Gad, paid a visit to the Nerdist Podcast. They’re starring in the new FX series The Comedians. Billy’s been on the podcast before, but Josh is making his first appearance, and they talk about playng dark versions of themselves, comedy influences, awards shows, and, naturally, The Comedians, which premieres on Thursday at 10/9c, just before the season debut of Louie..

For the fifth time, Adam Carolla guests on the Nerdist Podcast to discuss career and making his new movie Road Hard via crowdfunding, and if you’re interested in the process of getting a movie made outside of the traditional studio and distribution system, this episode will answer a lot of your questions.

Tom Lennon was the first Nerdist Podcast guest, and he’s back for a fourth time. Sure, he talks about being Felix on the new version of The Odd Couple, but there’s a lot about The State, too, and the origins of Reno 911, and the many busted pilots he’s done.

And film and comics writer Bryan Lynch is Kevin and Steve’s guest on a new edition of Chewin’ It.

Plus, a lot more, all of which we’re going to find out about together, sort of. Miss nothing: go to the Nerdist Podcast Network homepage to listen and subscribe, and join us at the Nerdist Podcast Network Facebook page for first alerts about every show.
