Who Is the Secret Cameo in DEADPOOL 2?

  1. Ryan says:

Can I please call to attention to the fact that the spoon’s sound effect when it fell was “Spoon”?

  2. MichaeH says:

Another podcast I listen to (fans of the Chris’s that actually finally tipped me to listening to this show) have been posting summaries / reviews of the Twilight Zone. Check them out at The ‘I had time now’ episode is there somewhere.

I’m also a fan of Joel’s, so it’s cool to see that strip made it across here! Somewhere in his podcast archive is an interview with Chris, because the geek world is tiny and constantly crossing over itself!

  3. Nadir says:

because you can’t be happy in the twilight zone. That’s the point.

  4. Spence says:

@Amanda, you make a fair point.

@Ryan, you have just made me realize that Chris’s Ricardo Montalban impression really does sound more like Antonio Banderas. Which somehow makes it even more awesome.

  5. Jen says:

Great comic. This episode was totally making me laugh!

  6. ian says:

I always wondered why that guy on twilight zone didn’t just try to find an opticians store. Or just hold the book closer to his face.

  7. Westley Roberts says:

I just wanted to say I read that in the voices and it was amazing.

  8. Marki Mark says:

This is fucking brilliant! Definitely my favorite Twilight Zone parody. It’s NOT a goddamn Family Guy line though @awww, it’s TWILIGHT ZONE (I know, you love my caps). I would love to see more of these referencing shit talked about on the podcast. Such a great idea.

  9. awww says:

Are those the same lines to a family guy moment in which peter has lost all but one be-speckled brain cell?(in the fifth caption)

  10. barb says:

this is the most amazing thing i’ve seen all day.

  11. Amanda says:

@Spence @Ryan Jonah is always saying “Mira Booey.” I think I’ve heard him say it in almost every single episode since they came up with that nickname for Matt.

Funnily enough, whenever I think “Mira Booey,” it’s Jonah’s voice saying it in my head.

  12. Ryan says:

I think they just wanted to make sure Jonah was saying something in the comic.

The only way way Chris’ situation could be any worse in that comic is if the cottage cheese tasted like (*Antonio Banderas voice*) Rich Corinthian Leather.

  13. Eric C. says:

So is the factory the casa de casa queso?

  14. Spence says:

…anyone else wondering why Jonah is the one saying “Mira booey”?

  15. Ink Asylum says:

    “Nice Try, Asshole.”

  16. Audrey says:

I love the twilight zone. 🙂

  17. Mandy W. says:

Holy crap this is an awesomely hilarious comic! I’m just sad to find out that I missed Joel at Baltimore Comic Con last week. Great work my good sir!

“That’s not fair! There was time now!”
