Science Explains Why Your Cat Keeps Knocking Stuff Over

  1. deb says:

Hi…just wondering when we petitioners hear back either way to our e-mails to attend. We Node folk and even regular Web Soup audience members who were invited have never had a response to our prompt and detailed e-mail requests about tonight!

  2. Michelle says:

So, um… When will we find out if we got into the audience?

  3. Jess says:

Sooo wish I could be there, especially with Craig being your first guest, way cool! Good luck with the show!

  4. Jen says:

Oh man, if only! Ohio is a far cry from LA. But I’d totally go as the lawyerific She-Hulk, complete in green body paint and business suit.

  5. Ben D says:

Submitted! Fingers crossed I am dubbed worthy!

  6. Ahh! I wish I had an Orgazmo costume! Why have I not made an Orgazmo costume!?

  7. Lucy says:

I won’t be able to attend either even though I love everything about this. Hopefully there will be future tapings to attend. Good luck to everyone involved!

  8. Gaby A. says:

ANY Chance, any whatsoever, that this will be online for the rest of us to watch? I don’t think it will air in Canada unfortunately.

  9. jm says:

Awesome! I can see a future of Chris taking over for Jimmy Fallon when he moves into Jay’s spot!

  10. Allie says:

That’s awesome! I’ll be thinking good thoughts for you guys over here in Brooklyn 🙂

  11. emily says:

You go girl! I’m cheering you on from Austin.

  12. Christina says:

Just submitted my info looking forward to getting picks ! 🙂

  13. Kaji says:

Yowza! Luck to you and we’ll be watching, but we won’t be there unless you get so desperate you start sending out plane tickets. Besides, we’ll be gearing up for our own happy little geek-fest here: Maybe we can Skype you?

  14. Hannah says:

This both excites me and makes me sad. I’m so happy and ecstatic for you Chris and that you’re getting a show, but I’m so sad that I won’t get to be there and participate. I’m sure it’ll be a total blast.

  15. James says:

This is fantastic! I wish I could come, but I live quite far away from California. Anyways, congrats Chris!

  16. Rudy says:

Why are you discriminating against those who don’t cosplay? I am sure there are many others who enjoy the podcast that would love to go to the taping but haven’t worn a costume since they were 12. Come on big C let the non cosplayers in!

  17. CXRengel says:

    I’m out of luck – I don’t have a costume to spare.

  18. Sally says:

*Awwww*, why does it have to be on the day I leave for Chicago? Have a rockin’, awesome, successful taping!

  20. blaine kehl says:

A Nerdist TV show! Squee! Kick ass Chris! I live far, far away or I’d be there.

  21. benodictine says:

Why god why do I have to live so far away!!! People of Chicago, hear me hear me and shut the hell up, we must start a petition to relocate our glorious city to L.A. I’ve helped friendos move, it can’t be that hard, can it?… No, no it can’t…….

  22. Awesome. I can’t wait to see the show.

  23. Patti says:

Dammit, why do I have to live in Michigan??? Gah! This sounds like such a fun contest! I’m so happy you’re going to have your own Nerdist show, Chris. Best of luck to all who enter.

  24. Marn says:

Grr, if I weren’t a poor college student that NEEDS to work at his job, I would be spamming that e-mail trying to get into the show. Hell, I’d buy a costume just to go. Not only the awesome Nerdist crew, but freakin Craig Ferguson! Well, maybe some other time… Good job, Big C!

  25. Geoff says:

Why! Why do I live on the east cost! I have a costume and everything (easiest costume ever, flack jacket and a “writer” badge across your chest and you are Richard Castle.)

  26. Three Toes of Fury says:

ARGH! why isnt Chicago closer to LA!?!

Chris: Im beyond stoked for your pilot!!!!! Cant wait! I’ll start applying for Neilson Rating boxes…hopefully by the time the pilot airs i’ll have collected a few hundred of them, all hooked up to BBC America!!

BTW: if i was able to attend i’d likely pick one of my two favorite hand-made childhood halloween costumes: Beaker or Greatest American Hero. “belllllllieve it or not immmmmmm walking on air….”. “meeep meep meeep!”

  27. Laura says:

SO awesome! I wish I lived on the West Coast. Any idea when it’ll air?

  28. Shuanfu says:

Wish I could be there but there’s an entire country separating that from happening. However no one deserves this more than Chris and the guys. Chris has been working so hard for so many years and its great to see him getting all he deserves in his own time and style. Major “break a leg” from all your friends back in the South.
