Seems like everyone is going on Hot Ones these days, but that’s not true. It’s actually everyone and every Symbiote. Venom joined the popular First We Feast show in a fiery new promo for Venom: The Last Dance. And while you’d think an iconic alien with a fondness for dining on human heads could handle the heat, it turns out a Symbiote’s answer to Kryptonite is spicy food.

The Symbrock brought their love for fine dining to the Hot Ones studio for a very silly, very funny new ad for Venom: The Last Dance. It features a confident Venom happily trying The Last Dab, the hot sauce “that brings everyone to tears.” The Symbiote’s bravado lasted all of about zero seconds once it hit his long freaky tongue. He then turned to “cow juice” for help, but it did nothing. He then got some temporary relief from a cracked fire extinguisher, but that wasn’t enough either. How could it be when Venom found The Last Dab to be the equivalent of licking Satan’s…

No, sorry. If you want to know how that sentence ends you’ll have to watch the video yourself. Just like with Scoville units we also have our limits with….uh….spicy analogies.

Venom holding a chicken wing on Hot Ones

This is a great little commercial for Venom: The Last Dance, which debuts in theaters on October 25. It captures the franchise at its ridiculous best. But it’s also a testament to the popularity of Hot Ones. When you can book both real and fictional celebrities alike, you know you cooked up a winning formula for a show.

And of course this is a really good promo for The Last Dab. It’s one thing to see some regular old human breakdown over it. It’s another to make an intergalactic alien who can seemingly eat just about anything lose his Symbiote mind.
