Justice has a new Daddy and its Liam Neeson. The beloved actor who is known for starring in many dramatic and action-packed thrillers is now taking a walk on the comedic side. Next up for Liam Neeson is The Naked Gun reboot, which also boasts Pamela Anderson in its cast. Now that’s a pair that we never saw coming at all. But, after checking out the official trailer for The Naked Gun, we must say that Neeson and Anderson are the duo to watch this summer.
This movie is actually the fourth in the Naked Gun franchise and a legacy sequel to Naked Gun 33 ⅓: The Final Insult. Neeson’s character is Lieutenant Frank Drebin, Jr., the son of Leslie Nielsen’s character Frank in the OG films.
And, of course, Pamela Anderson is portraying his smoking hot love interest. I love, love, love the fact that she’s still the IT girl in her late ‘50s. Her power will never be matched… and Neeson knows it. He recently spoke about working with the model and actress, noting that she’s a class act.
“With Pamela, first off, I’m madly in love with her. She’s just terrific to work with,” Neeson told People Magazine. “I can’t compliment her enough, I’ll be honest with you. No huge ego. She just comes in to do the work. She’s funny and so easy to work with. She’s going to be terrific in the film.”
