The Mandalorian Season 3’s Plot

Lucasfilm has yet to officially release a season three synopsis, but the studio did release a first trailer at  D23 Expo 2022. It provides the best insight at what we can expect from the show’s third outing.

The trailer features not only a bevy of Mandalorians but a return to the ruins of Mandalore itself. From ominous political intrigue/potential civil war and Din Djarin’s quest to restore his honor, to familiar faces both friend and foe alike, and plenty of action, season three looks like it could be the show’s most intense yet.

Fans who did not tune into The Book of Boba Fett will also be in for a giant Baby Yoda surprise. The green tyke reunited with Din Djarin on the spinoff series. Grogu elected to leave Luke Skywalker and his Jedi training to fly with his surrogate dad again.

But just because the two are together once more doesn’t mean they are any safer. Dangerous forces still want The Child for their nefarious cloning purposes.
