There’s no hotter name in entertainment right now than Stephen King. From countless TV shows to a full slate of movies, the horror master’s properties are in high demand. That’s not stopping him from creating new ones though, and his next book, The Institute, will hit shelves on September 10. It’s his latest tale of a powerful child with some very dangerous talents, but that’s not who (or what) we’re scared of.

Based on the novel’s official synopsis, the story is likely to remind Stephen King fans of his classic story Firestarter. The book follows young Luke Ellis, who is taken from his home by intruders who murdered his parents. That’s just the start of his problems, thoughd. Luke wakes up at the “sinister” facility known as The Institute, “in a room that looks just like his own, except there’s no window. And outside his door are other doors, behind which are other kids with special talents – telekinesis and telepathy – who got to this place the same way Luke did.” Run by Mrs. Sigsby and her staff, who “are ruthlessly dedicated to extracting from these children the force of their extranormal gifts,” Luke “becomes more and more desperate to get out and get help” from a place no one has ever escaped.

The first look at the book’s cover from EW, which also has an excerpt from the book you can read, gives us an idea of where The Institute is located.

So a bunch of super powerful kids trapped on a train by an evil company? The question isn’t whether or not we’re interested (obviously we are). The question is how long before it gets turned into a movie?
