A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away, people sent messages via holograms. Obviously that’s a cool method of communication, but it’s unlikely to take over in our galaxy any time soon. For now we’re still using email and texts. Soon, though, you will at least be able to hit send with some Star Wars style. Fans can carry the space saga everywhere they go with CASETiFY’s officially licensed Star Wars cell phone and accessories collection. The collection launches on May 4.

CASETiFY's collection of Star Wars cellphone cases and cellphone accessories
CASETiFY

CASETiFY is partnering with Lucasfilm for what it calls a “modern collection of tech and lifestyle” Star Wars accessories. And it include options for those whose allegiance lie with the Rebel Alliance and those who swear fealty to the Galactic Empire. It also has options for those on different sides of the cell phone wars. The set includes designs for iPhone, Samsung, Google Pixel, AirPods, AirPods Pro, Apple Watch, iPads and Apple’s MagSafe ecosystem. That means your wireless chargers, wallets, and battery pack cases can also celebrate the galaxxy far. far away.

The prize piece, though, might be a collectible laser-engraved Millennium Falcon Case. Limited to only 1000 units, it comes packaged with an aluminum alloy “symbolizing the Corellian freighter’s renowned strength to reach lightspeed and travel through hyperspace.”

Other cases in the collection features designs based on iconic movie posters from the original trilogy. They will be available in CASETiFY’s range of Impact, Ultra Impact, and Compostable Case styles. And the set has two special pieces with art. There’s one for the Death Star and another for Tatooine’s binary sunset. Each will be available exclusively on the CASETiFY Co-Lab app for only two weeks when the collection launches on Star Wars Day, May 4. You can sign up for the collection’s waitlist now though.

“This collaboration connects the global phenomenon of Star Wars with the creatively-inspired CASETiFY community in a way that no other collection has,” said CASETiFY CEO and co-founder, Wes Ng, in a release. “We’re excited to see the fans rep their favorite movies and characters on their everyday devices, keeping the force with them wherever they go.”

Prices for the set range from $25 – $149. Which, we have to imagine, is way, way cheaper than sending holograms.
