These days, with everything that is going in the world, it’s pretty hard to get a good night’s sleep. But getting a deep and restful sleep is absolutely crucial for our mental health. Now, there’s a new YouTube reality show that stresses the importance of catching a good 40 winks each night. YouTube Originals has announced  Sleeping with Friends and no, it’s not that kind of a reality show. (Get your minds out of the gutter, people!) It’s about literal sleeping, and how we do it. Or in some cases, how we manage not to.

This series will be hosted by BrainCraft’s Vanessa Hill. BrainCraft was created by Hill to bridge the gap between scientific research and people’s daily well-being. This unique series will be available to stream for free beginning May 20 only on YouTube, and you can check out the trailer for the show down below:

Sleeping with Friends will be a three-part special series, where several so-called “EduTubers” will compete with one another to see who can improve their own sleep using the latest techniques and products. The series will showcase Mitch and Greg from ASAPScience, Donna Yatz of PsychIRL, Melissa Maribel, judges and mental health professionals Kati Morton, Dr. Ali Mattu, and Trace Dominguez. The series is produced by 96 Next.

Watching this trailer, it’s safe to say we all fit into one of these different categories of sleepers as seen in the show. There’s the person who doesn’t just sleep, but can actually slumber. Then there’s the “I get up several times a night to pee” sleeper. And then there’s always the insomniac who just can’t catch some Zzzzz’s no matter how hard they try. I can say that at one time or another, I have fit into all of these categories. And I am sure many of you reading this can say the same.

Be ready to hit the sack when Sleeping with Friends debuts on May 20th.
