Even if Disney had only shown the three-second clip of Winnie the Pooh surprising Christopher Robin in the park, that would have been more than enough to convince me to buy a ticket.

Fortunately, we’ve been given plenty more teasers and images from the movie than that, and the latest look is the best one yet. It’s the longest trailer Disney has released, and that means an extra dose of pure joy and love (and yes, some strain on our tear ducts) thanks to our favorite bear.

In this extended sneak peek, Ewan McGregor‘s overworked, stressed-out adult Christopher Robin tries to urge Pooh to keep a low profile, since most people aren’t accustomed to speaking to sentient stuffed animals, no matter how polite or kind they may be. That’s not easy for the ever-literal Pooh though, which is why he’s funnier than ever.

Every new trailer or photo from the movie makes us cry, and this one is no different, but what stands out here is how funny it makes the movie look. There are so many genuinely laugh-out-loud moments in this trailer, like that sequence on the train where Christopher Robin asks Pooh to quietly play his game of saying everything he sees. Frankly, this four-minute extended sneak peek is probably already one of the 10 best movies of the year.

Directed by Marc Forster and also starring Haley Atwell, with Jim Cummings as Winnie the Pooh and Tigger, Brad Garrett as Eeyore, Toby Jones as Owl, Nick Mohammed as Piglet, Peter Capaldi as Rabbit, and Sophie Okonedo as Kanga, Christopher Robin comes to theaters on Aug. 3.
