Marvel’s Cloak & Dagger kicked off the new season with a twist that no one, not even longtime comic book fans, saw coming. O’Reilly and Mayhem are two different people, one split into two, but it might not be as simple as one good and one evil version of the same person. Now that Mayhem has been set loose on the streets of New Orleans, Tandy and Tyrone’s world will never be the same. We’ve got the exclusive art for the next episode, “Shadow Selves.”
This week’s exclusive poster is illustrated by Afua Richardson, who has worked on comic books like Marvel’s World of Wakanda, Captain Marvel, X-Men, Captain America, and Totally Awesome Hulk. In a tangled web of possible leads and victims, O’Reilly and Brigid seem to share the same goal in the eye-catching artwork. Will they end up working together to find the missing girls? And who has Mayhem set her sights on next?
Tandy and Tyrone are also trying to locate the missing girls, but without resorting to Mayhem’s version of justice. Will they get any closer to finding them? And how will they react to the violent vigilante? We’ll have to watch to find out! Here’s what’s in store for the third episode:
After learning about a group of young girls who have gone missing, Tandy and Tyrone look to see if they can find out what has happened to them. As they get further into their investigation, they realize someone else is trying to rescue the girls too, but in her own vigilante justice type of way. Meanwhile, Mina may have discovered a side effect to the big Roxxon leak.
