You can say whatever you want to say about the immense amount of Assassin’s Creed Unity glitches that the game suffered from when it first launched, but one thing’s for certain: Ubisoft put an insanely impressive amount of detail into recreating old-time Paris. Tumblr user Tidamz (or @damienhypolite) apparently appreciates this fact quite a bit, so much so that he decided to demonstrate how photo-realistic the game’s environments are by taking photos of polaroids next to the many iconic cityscapes of the game. The results: nothing short of astounding.

Speaking of Assassin’s Creed: Unity, the game just received a large patch that has fixed most of the games previous issues, so if you were turned away by the game’s rocky launch, you may want to give it a second chance. It’s definitely one of the better installments in the Assassin’s Creed franchise.
