Okay, so maybe Mark Wahlberg doesn’t say, “Hey, Baby Dinobot, say hi to your mother for me!” in the new TV spot for Transformers: The Last Knight, but who can complain when it offers us the cutest little androids this side of BB-8? Also in today’s Movie Morsels, we’ve got the latest casting news on Avengers: Infinity War, the first poster for Pixar’s Coco, and lots more awesomeness.
Transformers: The Last Knight
If nothing else, the latest chapter in the Transformers saga certainly looks like the most kid-friendly of the Bayformers films. In case you missed it this weekend, here’s a clip from The Last Knight that debuted during the Kids’ Choice Awards introducing the film’s young star Isabella Moner. And below you can check out the TV spot that dropped during the same award show telecast, showcasing more of the film’s plucky heroine and unveiling the new Bumblebee and the adorable Baby Dinobots. Awww…
Avengers: Infinity War
While Avengers: Infinity War is packed with damn near every superhero in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, the film is still finding room for new characters. Its latest recruit? None other than mo-cap monkey expert Terry Notary, best known as Planet of the Apes‘ Rocket and Kong: Skull Island‘s King Kong. Notary will play Thanos’ number one henchman in the epic.

In the meantime, to help whet our appetites, director Lee Unkrich has shared the first-ever poster for the animated adventure…

Escape Plan 2
No, I can’t believe Escape Plan made enough money to warrant a sequel either. But hey, Sylvester Stallone’s gotta eat, right?! While Arnold Schwarzenegger will sit out Escape Plan 2, we’ve just learned Sly will be joined this time around by Guardians of the Galaxy‘s Dave Bautista, Jamie King (who plays a character named Abigail Ross), and the returning 50 Cent. Shooting is expected to begin in Atlanta this spring.
