TOKYOPOP: Cosplay Friday #19

Yikes! What a week, huh, guys? North Korea may be threatening our fair shores with a nuclear attack, but we refuse to place sanctions on seriously epic cosplay, so TOKYOPOP’s Cosplay Friday will endeavor forward into a boldly costumed future. So without further ado, let’s put politics aside and feast our collective eyes on the latest and greatest cosplay from around the web this week.

Did you ever want to sleep again? We didn’t think so. Haruhi-tyan proves that sleep is overrated with this Walpurgis Night (Puella Magi Madoka Magica) cosplay.

We would proudly raise the mizzenmast and batten down the hatches on this Pirate!America’s (Axis Powers: Hetalia) ship.  Honestly, I just don’t want SandLion-Curse to keelhaul me.

Just because you’re an undead aberration like Alucard (Hellsing), doesn’t mean you can’t have a sense of humor. Just ask Redustrial-Ruin.

Tealpirate’s Thorin Oakenshield (The Hobbit) may be a work in progress, but we prefer to think of it as Thorin taking selfies of himself on his day off.

The only thing worse than being sworn to carry the Dovahkiin’s burdens is being sword to carry ZombieBitMe‘s stuff while one million people stop her at a con to get a picture of her incredible Skyrim cosplay.

This is one of the best Itachi Uchiha (Naruto) cosplays I’ve ever seen, but I’ve got to imagine it’s difficult to wrangle all those crows at a con.

Jenny Sparks and her husband Lars are my new favorite people for bringing a giant pair of googly eyes to Emerald City Comic Con and getting cosplayers to wear em’.

As if you needed yet another reason why Wonder Woman is freakin’ awesome, YourMojoByJojo obliges.

I know this is Mark Meer, the actual voice of Commander Shepard (Mass Effect), and Rana McAnear, the face model for Samara/Morinth, but doesn’t he look like @ArcherShepard?

And because it was too adorably awesome not to share, it’s Cheza from Wolf’s Rain courtesy of Mariella-a!

Don’t care if I’m months behind in saying this, but the giant googly eyes is perhaps the greatest idea ever.
