A British spying agency specifically tasked with electronic surveillance intercepted over a million images taken from the webcams of Yahoo! users who don’t seem to have any connection to any plot or scheme against the UK government. While this action certainly reaches a disturbing level of invasion of privacy, I can only imagine the amount of disappointment at intelligence officers in sorting through tons of faces of people reading about Robin Thicke splitting up with Paula Patton. I hope that agency thinks that’s all worth it the way I completely believe The Most Intentionally Funny Video of The Day is worth it for your recommended daily laugh.
Today’s submitted MIFV is the story of comedian, Walking the Room co-host, and bestselling author Greg Behrendt‘s relationship with the band known as Van Halen at the SideOneDummy Records Storytelling Show. This story reinforces that inconvenient maxim from Chaucer (though convenient for the purposes of humor) that “…all good things must come to an end.”
Here’s the previous MIFV pick, in case you missed it.
Per usual, I’m taking submissions for the MIFV like the one featured above. I love finding new, hilarious videos from people hundreds and thousands of miles away, so please do send your videos so long as they follow the rules below.
-E-mail embeddable video link to firstname.lastname@example.org with subject line “MIFV Submission”
-Videos must have been posted online (i.e. have a time stamp that says so) within exactly two weeks from when you submit (i.e. videos uploaded more than 14 days from the day when you submit will not be up for consideration)
-Don’t add any cover letters or explanations; please just send the link
