My first listen, thanks to Naomi (massive fan!). Good show, very funny.

  2. Jessica-Star says:

Just wanted to say I really enjoyed this! Naomi doesn’t get enough time on ign podcasts to just talk because she’s doing video so much. She was on Podcast Unlocked a lot last summer and it was great because she has similar interests in games to myself. Also, I agree with Jofo above that it would be neat if you ever did something with Up at Noon if you were around SF. Or if you hooked up with Greg Miller for something on his new Kinda Funny Games–he’s funny *and* sincere which is something I equate with The Indoor Kids as well.

  3. Jofo says:

I would love to see you guys do an episode of IGN’s Up At Noon or Podcast Beyond with Brian Altano and Max Scoville. The Indoor Kids and The Comedy Button are two of my favorite podcasts, and seeing (some of) the hosts from both together in one room would blow my mind!

  4. Maggie says:

Now accepting dibs for podcast title: “Taking Hugh For Granted”

  5. Alterax says:

What’s the game they keep mentioning? I searched for I-dar, eye-dar, aidar and other variations and keep getting nothing. Link would be appreciated.

  6. Jason says:

DICE is making the new SW: Battlefront

  7. Pieter says:

I understand when you say a game’s length shouldn’t be too important and that it’s about the experience. But full games are 60 bucks, at that price you’re allowed to expect more than just 5 to 6 hours of ok gameplay. Also, comparing it to movies by saying “they’re also just 2-3 hours long” is kind of weird. I could make the same comparison with novels to make the exact opposite point (many larger novels, like The Stand, Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, etc. provide well over 20 hours of reading).

    • Agent Talon says:

I agree with you, If you are going to compare a games length to a movies you also need to adjust the cost.  6 hours of movie (The Orders estimated length) is about 2.5-3 movies, which would cost me $24-$30.  So if the Order was $30 I would be fine with the length.  Sadly it’s double that.

What about ‘My View on Hugh’?
BTW, MICKEY BLUE EYES is a total guilty pleasure of mine. I watch it any time it’s on TV.

“Chappie has a heart of gold.” Well, that is, his heart unit has gold wiring to improve connectivity.

  11. Kyle says:

You guys really should play Dying Light co-op. The animations for the character you control (which you can’t see in first-person) are hilarious. It’s a completely different game.
