Honey badgers aren’t assholes–they’re amazing! But, go ahead. Call them assholes. Honey badgers don’t care.

  2. OskarSchindler says:

Baroque Cycle is the most amazing book trilogy.

  3. Nikki says:

@Will – you didn’t care/perceive an emotional connection to the end of ROTS *because you hadn’t watched all of the movie* – I cry every single time I watch Order 66 happen! how can you NOT have an emotional connection!
I love the entire saga, tv shows, games, and EU; I’m so over the bashing and the elitism.

  4. Nikki says:

Kumail & Emily – how have you not played any of the other Dragon Age games before!? Origins is so classic…Dragon Age 2 is good, but not as good as Origins due to its limited scope. But Bioware has listened to the fans and now Inquisition is soo open world and very skyrim-esque.also, pro-tip (depending on how far you are in at this point) – leave the hinterlands! you don’t have to do all those side missions and you can leave anytime you want haha.
My significant other and I have been playing side by side pretty much non-stop when we’re not at work. We have to say “No, don’t look!” if one of us advances in the story.

  5. Nikki says:

as far as having diversity in video games…there are *SO* many female characters in Dragon Age: Inquisition – and *main* characters too (including my inquisitor) – only one male in the war council–you don’t get that in most other games except bioware… Bioware also gets props for characters with a diversity of sexualities. A+ in writing, again, as always!

  6. HabGyp says:

Ummmm… Sayid from LOST is played by So, yeah…

  7. Felicia says:

    Shovel Knight Rider

  8. D. Michael says:

    Silent Hill Street Blues? Anyone?

  9. Anthony says:

    Three’s Company of Heroes

  10. Ryan says:

    How far in are you?

And if you don’t like that as your catch phrase I can always submit it to Sex Nerd Sandra

  11. elzahir says:

Just the Last 10 of Us

  12. andy says:

    Growing Max Payne

  13. dys says:

I adore Hardware! The soundtrack is great (as long as none of the actors are talking), and it’s really visually spectacular (as long as you can’t see any of the actors dumb faces) in that wonderful low budget 1990 way. The plot is… well it’s not the kind of film you watch for plot.

The director, Richard Stanley, had previously gone from making music videos to taking a film crew into the hindu kush with hand cranked cameras to document rural afghan life during the end of the soviet occupation. It’s really amazing footage which you can see here:

  14. Nathan says:

    The Fresh Prince of Persia!!

  15. Ben says:

I think you can toggle helmets off and on in the settings.

  16. Wildride says:

Phantom Menace is kinda my favourite of the prequels, only in the sense that I hated it the least.  I hated Jedi, too, and prequels are always awful, so Menace pretty much just met my expectations for how bad it would be.  Weirdly, the midichlorians thing was actually something I liked because, if Lucas was a good author, he could have been telling a story about how a technology can be made to seem like magic in a fallen civilization.  But instead, he’s just telling a story about whiz-bang lightsabers.
The prequels (and Jedi) are really only fun to watch to mock them.
At least it’s Not Another Jedi Movie: 😉

    • Robert Vanderveken says:

Midichlorians make sense, it’s the only way to explain why some people have different power levels then other people, if it is magic there is no reason why everyone couldn’t have the ability. Also how would they identify people early to train to be Jedi if they didn’t have a way to test the level of power. I don’t get why people get mad at the explanation of their magic.

  17. Michael says:

Would ‘Game on, kids’ be a suitable sign off to the Intro Kids, maybe even the Indoor Kids Podcast. I wonder how much kids say it these days, or if it’s claimed already, somehow, by some one.?

  18. Smiles says:

Always look forward to Wil Wheaton.
