If you’re like my 60-year-old Dad and his college fraternity brothers, or Malia Obama, then you are currently in Chicago, planning a full day of excellent music at Lollapalooza, the city’s beloved (and reviled by those whose commutes it affects) music festival in downtown’s Grant Park. But if you are like the rest of us, you are in your non-Chicago-based office, counting down the hours until your weekend Stranger Things binge. But fret not, thanks to the fine folks at Red Bull TV, you can join in on some of the Lollapalooza fun and live stream the festival with us all weekend long!
Beginning at 12pm PT, you can toggle between three channels above to see Saint Motel, The Struts, and Chicago’s own Saba kick the day off with their vibrant musicality. Other highlights throughout the day include sets by Frightened Rabbit, Future, Major Lazer, Wolf Alice, Miike Snow, and A$AP Ferg, so your best bet is to keep this window open and check in regularly throughout the day to see what’s popping.
We’ll be here all weekend streaming Lollapalooza, so if you stick around you can catch sets from Red Hot Chili Peppers, LCD Soundsystem, Disclosure, Leon Bridges, Local Natives, M83 and more. While you might not actually be as cool as the President’s dad or my sexagenarian dad and his sexagenarian buddies, this live stream should help mollify some of that horrific FOMO.
What sets are you most excited to kick back and watch? Let us know in the comments or hit us up on Twitter!
