Qualcomm’s Course of the Force App Now Available For iOS

Qualcomm gridOkay, the wait is over. You know about the Course of the Force app from Qualcomm, and that it’s available for Android. But what, you ask, about iOS?

It’s here: the Course of the Force app is now in the iTunes app store for iOS.

As with the Android version, the free app tracks the real-time location of the official lightsaber as it heads down the coast for San Diego, has all the latest photos and videos from the official Course of the Force Instagram account and extra snapshots taken by the community, and tracks celebrity runners, too. Maps, trivia, and advanced image recognition that lets you scan special images for exclusive digital content. It’s optimized for iPhone 5 but it’ll work on the 3GS, 4, and 4S, iPod Touch (3rd generation and newer), and iPad, too, and it’ll require iOS 6.1 or later.

Download it now.
