  1. LongBottomLeaf says:

Tarantino should just direct everything J.J. Abrahms is not directing

  2. J. says:

To me, an avid SW fan, I personally think Qui-Gon Jinn is vastly more interesting and deserving of a spin-off, if we’re gonna go that route. He is by far the most cheated character of the franchise behind, oh, maybe Tarkin but he just got a canon novel. Qui-Gon is due. To see him go through his journey from student to opposing the Jedi Order’s stubborn, dogmatic views would be a much better story than Mace Windu. But it’s just opinion and obviously the point of a spin-off is to showcase, perhaps, a supporting character versus a lead character.

    • LongBottomLeaf says:

Qui-Gon would be a better choice because of the politics of the force that barely ever touched on in the movies. Like the difference between the two schools of the force and how the perceptions of the other vary on how much knowledge you accept from either school. About the grey jedi, and how the jedi basically massacred the dark jedi simply because, what was left of that school from hundreds of thousands of years ago, didnt want to live under the one dimensional thinking that all force wielders that are not jedi, must be purged. It is honestly worth the time to read up on the early schools of the force. Gives you a lot of insight into the decisions that were made by the jedi in the movies.

      • LongBottomLeaf says:

LIke damn, the Jedi literally stuck all the dark Jedi masters after the first dark Jedi uprising on a ship with no propulsion or weapons, and sent them adrift in unknown space. The dark Jedi mustered their force powers to guide the ship to the ancient planet of the Sith, who were red humanoids with horns that were naturally incredibly force adept (Darth Maul was not one of these), and learned their witch doctor force practices. From that planet they created an empire and called themselves the Dark Lords of the Sith and waged a war against the Jedi of the neighboring galaxy. The Jedi are the reason why the galaxy is in such turmoil. If they weren’t so pigheaded and righteous about their belief of the uses of the force, everyone in the galaxy could co-exist. But nooooooo Jedi have to purge what theeey think is wrong. Over zealot bigots.

Anyways that’s my fun fact of the day

I absolutely never…. Ever… Would want a mace windu anything…. Samuel l Jackson is over rated and is getting kinda annoying. If anything they need to make a revan movie series. But since its about spinnoffs. Boba fett is the only obvious choice if you even pay attention at all to your fans

  4. Matt_L says:

So, maybe I’m old-school, but I think a storyline around Han and Chewie pre-Rebellion (or their participation) would be cool!!  And, yeah, I know–a new actor for Han would be needed, but still…

  5. Nick says:

a Mace Windu spin-off needs to happen!! I need to see that purple lightsaber in action again!

  6. mikedudez says:

so let me get this straight mace windu flies out a window and lands on a pile of pillows and helps the rebels until vader hunts him down and kills him.
