When I got the opportunity to view behind-the-scenes action of Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare at E3, I was absolutely amazed at the amount of incredible I saw. I have been a fan of the series since I first got my hands on Call of Duty 2 and while many gamers have felt the franchise has become the same regurgitation of last year’s model, believe me when I say that Advanced Warfare is truly bringing something new to the table.
While I can go on about how the game has reignited the soldier in me, I’ll leave it up to Sledgehammer Games co-founders Glen Schofield and Michael Condrey to discuss how they’ve redefined Call of Duty.
Take a look at all the shiny below:
It may be the sci-fi nerd in me, but from the new technology introduced and what I’ve seen of the game’s campaign, I am eager to get my hands on Advanced Warfare out of pure curiosity. Though we don’t really get a look at the game’s multiplayer in the trailer, which has been the main selling point for the franchise thus far, I’m betting that strategies will vastly change from what we’ve seen in previous competitions.
Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare will be available on November 4, 2014 for PC, Xbox 360, Xbox One, PS3, and PS4, with pre-order bonuses.
