Nerdist Podcast: Tatiana Maslany (TWCH)

Last weekend, AMC’s Talking with Chris Hardwick wrapped up its first season with the woman of 1,000 personas. Sarah, Cosima, Alison, Helena, Rachel, and Tony?! Clone club is in the house as Chris Hardwick welcomed his special guest, Orphan Black star Tatiana Maslany! Now, you can celebrate Tatiana’s return by listening to the extended and uncensored edition of her chat with Chris!

Orphan Black wrapped up its five season run earlier this year, but it was still fresh on Tatiana’s mind as she told Chris how she dealt with changing back and forth between each character, as well as the physical and mental effects of her amazing transformations. Tatiana also gave a shout out to Kathryn Alexandre, the actress who shared the various clone characters with Tatiana while working as her double for many years. Additionally, Tatiana told Chris about her favorite scenes from the series, as well as stories from the set, the ways that the series changed the lives of its fans, and how she formed a surrogate family with the cast and crew. More importantly, we learn which clone would survive the zombie apocalypse!

When they weren’t talking clones, Tatiana told Chris about her love for Futurama, and her love for her partner, Tom Cullen, whom she met on the set of World Without End despite not sharing any scenes with him! Plus, you’ll learn the important things that only Canadians know, like where to buy Poutine, and where in Canada you must always introduce yourself as an American. Then, Tatiana and Chris share crazy Halloween costume stories and she recalls her disastrous Disney animated musical audition before telling us about her new movie, Stronger, where she will appear alongside Jake Gyllenhaal.

Thanks for watching and listening to the first season of Talking with Chris Hardwick! For more information about the show, go to amc.com/talking
