Comments

  1. Jon Connor says:

    Great podcast

  2. Horizontal Siding and Vertical Sliding refers to the outer
layer of a wall, with shingles or boards or gaps subtly angled to shed water.
It’s a good idea to have separate email promotions for prospects and customers, too, because you typically need to send different information to the different groups. Therefore it’s better to always do
the intelligent point and take these tips.

  3. Evan says:

Skyrim is NOT a first person shooter

  4. Great Scott says:

and also not for spelling your name wrong. :X

  5. Great Scott says:

loved the ending. he showed his true face!

(i know it was a joke. please don’t sue me Mr. Carrell.)

  6. Patty Marvel says:

Never heard of the show “Inside Comedy,” but clearly I have to seek this out. Seriously, Steve Martin AND Lily Tomlin?!?! Wow.

And It warmed my heart to hear Steve Carell was a college DJ, too. TEN watts?!?! That’s adorable!

  7. Leah says:

WEEEE! Another awesome guest with a really interesting interview.

Also Dave H you just blew my mind – I had no idea Carrell and Colbert did the Ambiguously Gay Duo. Time to go watch some TV Funhouse

Also also: dear comment trolls – GTFO. No one here likes you or your face.

  8. Patty marvel says:

Now that “The Daily Show” and “The Colbert Report” are both on a TWO WEEK long hiatus (GRRRRR), maybe CH can rustle up Stewart and/or Colbert in the wild and get THEM on the podcast as well?

And here is my favorite moment involving these three eye-candies:

    I’ll be in my bunk…

  9. amysrevenge says:

Good show. No further comment. Just generic praise. Deal with it.

  10. I feel like the universe will never truly see Steve Carell angry. The bit at the end solidified it for me in how utterly hilarious and adorable it sounds when he tries. Now I’m really encouraged to see the movie.

  11. brandon says:

look it up on u tube . not trying to be an ass hole but when i got stuck in mass effect it helps

  12. Stacy says:

    Another fantastic interview!

  13. Evan says:

There is a fan made addon that adds the stone locations to your map as quests. I absolutely used it.

  14. Phil says:

Well, Todd, if you see a dick in front of you, then you know what to do. Just don’t chew on it. It’s not beef jerky.

  15. todd says:

Phil- I could think of 120 better ways to say what you just said and not sound like a complete dick, unfortunately you failed, your a dick.

  16. pbnews says:

I love that Chris plays Skyrim… not an Elder Scrolls guy myself, but as a slacker it makes me feel better that dynamic individuals also play long, time-consuming video games…

  17. Phil says:

Steve Carell is such a boring guest. I realize it sounds like one, but it’s not really a diss. But I dig that about the dude. I feel that he’s not trying to put on a show and he’s just himself. There are some people like Jack Black who always seem like they have to be constantly entertaining and that’s not always a good thing when you’re asking questions.

  18. s1yfox says:

word of advice chris: Anytime you ever collect ANYTHING in an open world game, be sure to keep track of it, or you’ll get a severe case of redundancy! I learned this back in the San Andreas days when I tried to collect everything and man was that a pain(I quit :( )

  19. Roby says:

You can still get the stones in the Dark Brotherhood place it’s in the head lady’s office.

  20. Eddie says:

When i started listening to the podcast, i decided to prioitize listening to the epsodes that intrest me before the others. it was all going well and good before you started pulling this shit! Why does every epsode have to be amazing?!

  21. Kim says:

    Sweet episode!

  22. Slightlypunky says:

If you have the skyrim on steam you can go to the workshop and turn the stones into a proper quest with quest markers directing you to the stones.

  23. Peter Whitney says:

My favorite movie credit is for Mark Neveldine and Mark Taylor in Biker Boyz where they made up the title of extreme visual sequences creator

  24. Curtis says:

As someone who took the time to ask Steve Buscemi how to say his last name correctly and MADE SURE that we got it right, I can verify that it is indeed pronounced /bū-sĕmē/, and NOT /bū-shĕmē/.

  25. Duncan7 says:

“It has to be a word to have a dis-”

So, Chris, would you say you’re feeling gruntled?

  26. Dave H. says:

I’m surprised it wasn’t mentioned that Carell and Colbert were “The Ambiguously Gay Duo”.

  27. Sean says:

Sorry Chris, if you missed the one in the Dark brotherhood sanctuary you are SOOL
    elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Stones_of_Barenziah

  28. Steve S says:

Steve Carell is great, so glad you guys could get him booked!

Also is Katie not doing the sound stuff anymore? Who is this new guy!? WHO DOES HE THINK HE IS!?!?!

    Sorry random anger outbursts

  29. Josh says:

You should still be able to enter the DB hideout near Falkeath after the quest line is over. Fear not, sir!

  30. NotMF says:

Love Steve Carell. You guys should try to get Colbert on the podcast!

As for the Skyrim stones, I was also stuck at 23 but found one in the Whiterun Hall of the Dead. According to the wiki, the stone in the sanctuary is “on the dresser in Astrid’s room. It is still accessible after the Death Incarnate quest; however, the game may freeze when you try to enter the Sanctuary after completing that quest.”

  31. Justin says:

Loved it, and fantastic ending, hilarious

  32. Cris Correa says:

Not enough Kyle hatred in the comments. Every time he talks it’s like a puppy being set on fire.

  33. Chris Hardwick says:

Chad H: I know! But it’s been so long since I did that quest line that I can’t remember if I swiped it off the table or not! Btw, I found two more last night…I fear I may be stuck at 23. Balls!!

  34. KenM says:

Bah! People always say what a humble and nice guy Steve Carell is, but I am convinced they only say that because he is always being so humble and nice to other people.

  35. Chad H says:

There was one in the Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary. Sorry :(

  36. Eddy says:

I don’t know about everyone on your podcast being nice… I feel like Michael Emerson was kind of a dick or the euphemism not as nice as he could have been.

  37. Bobby G says:

@Chris…I like that you say amazing. I’m sooooooooo tired of people saying “awesome.” That word is so over used that its lost its meaning.

  38. Brandon says:

What a great interview. Truly seems like a nice guy. One of my favorite actors. Hope he does more podcasts and comes on again down the road.

  39. pratham888 says:

LOVE HIM. This was wonderful. What a humble, sweet, talented guy.

  40. Leonard Sultana says:

  41. Three Toes of Fury says:

    Peace & Carell Rocks

    3ToF.

(PS: not sure if its youtube-abe, but my earliest memory of Steve was his correspondent segment on the Daily Show where he interviews Mr T…its brilliant.)

  42. “Brought to you by the one and only “Sapphire Steve Carell”!”
