  1. Bryan says:

This episode was really boring. Sean has a nice voice but it was putting me asleep.

  2. SusieQ says:

Great podcast, love Sean Bean!  Yeah, I was surprised neither of the boys recognized “Arsenic and Old Lace”, great, classic movie!

  3. David says:

Wow, had no idea Sean was so down to earth. What a pleasant surprise. And someone buy the man a pint for tellin’ it how it is about that  c### Thatcher. Top bloke.

  4. I could listen to Sean Bean’s wonderful voice for hours and hours….

And there really isn’t any spoilers for GoT here. If you don’t know Ned dies by now, you probably don’t care about GoT.

  5. Brian says:

    The most dreadfully boring voice.

  6. English Dave says:

Terrific interview. I would’ve loved to have heard more about his bro-mance with Viggo.

  7. Nathan says:

    What a soft-spoken, intelligent fellow.

  8. sean2thehill says:

Screw shark week, it’s Stark week!

  9. Vince Bloom says:

Lead photo reminded me of Walter Sobchak

  10. R. Sharpe says:

“Chosen Men, are you? Well, I didn’t choose you.”

  11. F R says:

Hardwick!!! Didnt talk about Sharpe’s Rifles???

  12. English Bob says:

Ah, Sean Bean! I remember seeing him in the great TV series Sharpe when I was a kid! (Sharpe was a show set during the Napoleonic Wars, featuring Bean as an officer in the British Army who came up through the ranks, I’d thoroughly recommend it!)

    • Ross says:

Ah, that Sheffield accent; worked for 20+ years with a woman from there, and she’s just as he describes those folks: friendly, wry and salt-of-the-earth straightforward.       Absolutely loved the Sharpe series, full of great actors, incl the breathtaking Assumpta Serna(and the books are even better). Only problem was, he was such a great diehard hero in those, it was hard watching him play a lying, cowardly poser in “Ronin”(yet it’s an amazing performance). And, neither of the boys recognized the classic play and film, “Arsenic an Old Lace”? Really? (Actually, Mr Bean had the Karloff thing the other way ’round; he created the role of Jonathan Brewster on stage, and Raymond Massey played the psychotic brother to Cary Grant in the film–the running gag was that people kept saying Massey “looks like Boris Karloff”.)

  13. Bill says:

I keep hearing “listen to the other podcasts”. A brief description of the podcasts would help a lot for determining what kind of podcast we would like to listen to. That would help people click on them. A bizarre graphic might not be enough for someone to randomly click on them. The old site design was way more informative.

  14. Luke Juke says:

Game of Thrones spoilers is a great reason for me to skip a podcast.

  15. Mike D says:

Wait, what season are the GoT spoilers from?  I’m through three seasons, am I safe?

    • GoT Saved says:

It’s not blatant, but you can definitely infer a major spoiler from season 4. Skip 18:30-20:00m.

  16. Wildride says:

So, does he make it all the way through the podcast without dying?

  17. Mark M says:

Shit, GoT spoilers. I’ll be back Chris! Also congrats on Season 2!

  18. EEManio says:

That picture of Sean really screams Harry Mason (Yes I know he played Harry in the movies).
