  1. Jennifer says:

Great podcast for my birthday!  🙂  Loved learning about Gilbert and couldn’t stop laughing at loud.  My coworkers must think I am nuts.

  2. Petey says:

Favorite!I just woke up everyone in the house.

  3. SM says:

I’ve listened to probably 75 of the podcasts and I almost always enjoy them. However, this is the first one that had me laughing out loud like a ridiculous crazy person while I was doing my grocery shopping. If only the old lady in the yogurt aisle knew I was laughing so hard about sex-shit jokes.

  4. J. says:

If you imagine Chris talking to Iago, this podcast automatically becomes even more hilarious! Great episode! Love Gilbert.

  5. marduk says:

one of the best guests in my opinion that you have ever had!!! i’m checking out Gilbert’s website right after posting this comment…with all of its’ useless filling and continual ramblings onwards.

  6. Maria says:

Just spent 10 min. laughing like a loon at a shit sex joke. What can I say, apparently I love that kind if shit.

  7. G says:

Is there anyone closer to being the living embodiment of the joker than gilbert?

  8. Brandon says:

I have been a fan of Gilbert as long as I have been a fan of comedy. This is the most viscerally funny episode in a while.

  9. JetpackBlues says:

To this day I still believe his bit on the Joan Rivers Roast, about her vagina, was the best ever and should have been replayed at her funeral.

  10. Erik says:

One of the best in a while. I laughed so hard I accidentally crapped on my brothers girlfriend.

  11. Wildride says:

“Too soon” is not that complicated.  Right after a thing happens, people will be mad if you make a joke about it, because you’re not taking it seriously.  And coming back with, “It’s only a joke” just highlights how out of touch you are.  The fact is, if you don’t understand timing, you have no business calling yourself a comedian.

  12. HereToStay says:

Been listening to old Stern with Gilbert Gottfried all week! Man, he had me crying! Nice to see this up!

  13. Rebecca says:

I honestly didn’t think he would ever be on because Chris never gave any indication before that he was a fan. I remember in one of the Penn Jillette interviews, he raved about Gilbert but no one said anything in return. I myself became a fan when he was on Hollywood Squares and my favorite episode was when they only ended up doing one game and he was the square both people needed to win and subsequently spent the majority of the game calling on him.. He and Penn yelling “YOU FOOL!” to the contestants when they got questions wrong was one of the funniest things I’d ever seen as a kid.
His voice and mannerisms sometimes cause me to cringe but other times it’s insanely hilarious. His reading of the Craigslist post on @midnight made me laugh so hard my stomach hurt. That’s a pretty awesome ability to have.

  14. Three Toes of Fury says:

For those who havent already,  I highly suggest checking out Gilberts “Gilbert Gottfrieds Amazing Colossal Podcast”.   Its really outstanding and he gets some really cool, off-the-normal-path, guests to interview.    His recent show with Roger Corman is outstanding.   Also,  the one where he interviews the guy who played “carlo” in The Godfather is pretty much one of the greatest podcast interviews ever….you gotta hear it to believe it.
