We love us some Attack on Titan! Seeing gigantic, cannibalistic monsters rampaging through ruined cityscapes while the Eren, Mikasa, Armin, and the gang fly around on their 3-D Maneuver Gear is our jam. Though the live-action motion picture failed to impress and the 3DS video game fell far short of expectations, we still can’t wait for season two of the anime– especially if you’re like me and have binge-read all of the currently released issues of the manga.
But what we all really want is an Attack on Titan video game, and a worthy one that’s not this messy pile of crapola. Even though we received news last week of Koei Tecmo working on an Attack on Titan PlayStation 4 game, that hasn’t stopped us from pondering our perfect vision of a video game adaptation of the coveted Japanese property. On this week’s Nerdist: Play, we’ll be putting out thinking caps on and crafting our dream scenario for an Attack on Titan video game. What genre would a truly fun Attack on Titan game be? What studio would be the best to develop it? Tell us what your dream Attack on Titan game would be like in the comments below.
Nerdist Gaming is growing and you can find us all over the internet these days! If you’d like to continue the conversation, you can check us out every week on our Twitch channel or every day on our Facebook page! Also, if you’d like to chat about video games with me directly, I’m only one tweet away @Malik4Play.
