Nerdist News: Batman: ARKHAM KNIGHT, Apple CarPlay, Real Hoverboards, and GOTHAM’s Young Bruce Wayne!

It’s Fat Tuesday, and this episode of Nerdist News is fat with value!

For the low, low price of your time we’re giving you a look at the latest Arkham game, Batman: Arkham Knight. We’re showing you how Apple’s getting all up inside your vehicles. We’re letting you in on what may be the world’s first real hoverboard. Heck, we’re even telling you who’s gonna play Baby Bruce Wayne in Fox’s Gotham!

Enjoy today’s episode, come see us again tomorrow, and let us know in the comments below: Who’s the one character you’d LOVE to see show up in Arkham Knight?

  1. Kenny says:

I wouldn’t mind Rocksteady at the helm of the next Batman franchise. I’ll even settle for straight-to-DVD animated movies.

  2. ThisGuyRightHere says:

The hoverboard thing is from Funny or Die. Even before I found the article below, I remember Christopher Lloyd saying, on the Nerdist podcast, that he was doing a hoverboard infomercial sketch with Funny or Die.

  3. Aaron says:

I called that shit on the Batman game the minute it was announced that Arkham Origins wasn’t being made by Rocksteady. There are no yearly franchises anymore of any quality that aren’t developed by mutli-studios like Ubisoft’s world offices or alternating game companies like the CoD franchises Treyarch and Infinity Ward (and now Sledgehammer, allowing for three-year development cycles).

Welcome to franchise gaming in the new hardware cycle, kiddies!
