How much power does one advanced hacker wield in a world where everything and everyone is connected to the web at all times? According to Ubisoft’s upcoming Watch Dogs 2, enough to change the world. In the latest story trailer, we get to see Marcus Holloway in action alongside the rest of the Dedsec crew (hacker group) as they use San Francisco to topple “systemic injustice.” Before you go forward with watching the epic action-packed trailer, be warned: there is Daft Punk-like head gear. Now, enjoy the clip above!
This short snippet gives us a much better look at the whole crew, and they seem to be a bunch of misfits, which is just how we like it. We also get to check out Marcus pulling off some impressive parkour moves when jumping over a fence. I wasn’t a huge fan of the story that unraveled in the first game, but the sequel is showing a whole lot of promise, as Marcus just seems like a much more interesting main protagonist in comparison to Aiden Pearce. Plus, these hackers mean business, and making Silicon Valley their playground is just genius.
Remember, Watch Dogs 2 is launching on November 15, 2016 for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
