Manga Nerdist Wallpaper! FINALLY!!!

The magnificently talented Manga artist Sara Mayhew has crafted this piece which I love not only for the fact that the foreground girl has my podcast logo on her bikini, but the background girl is wearing one of those “Nice Tweets” swim sets I had been hoping to manufacture. And who could be mad at an adorable creature ball??? JERKS. That’s who.

Sara tells me that the Japanese writing above the “N” says “otaku” and the writing below the logo says “super cute.” Now that is some damn good Manga!!!

So give Sara and her illustration talents a follow or visit her website for more examples of her fantastic work.

  1. Cute anime girls in bikinis? YAY!

  2. Wesley says:

This is awesome and it makes me happy just by looking at that little creature!

  3. Deltus says:

I also see that a medium sized tsunami wave is about to wipe them both out. So it’s not only about the cuteness, there’s the element of danger and destruction. Wonderful!

  4. Jay Rock says:

  7. Why do I feel dirty looking at that…

  8. Kelly says:

it actually just reads “super cute” in japanese underneath.

  9. my-name-here says:

I like it. It’s a bit too girly for me to use… but i will sneak it onto my wife’s desktop before she gets home. >_>

  10. scriptkitty says:

    very nice design, ty!

btw: the writing below the logo doesn’t say ‘kawaii.’ it has a phonetic spelling of the english word ‘cute’ in katakana. (i.e. if you read the words out loud they would sound like ‘super cute’ not ‘super kawaii’)

  11. Keesha says:

    ooo i like

  12. RickL says:
