He’s killed the Marvel Universe. He’s going toe to toe with Matt Murdock. But is The Punisher getting a standalone Netflix series of his very own? Maybe, but you might not be so happy if you’re an Iron Fist fan.
The long-awaited companion to Netflix’s Daredevil series, the Krysten Ritter-led Jessica Jones is set to premiere on the streaming service on November 20, and filming for her beau’s series, Luke Cage, began in September. But the previously announced Iron Fist series, the story of kung-fu master Danny Rand, the fourth member of The Defenders mini-series these solo shows are setting up, seems to have stalled since being announced along with the other solo shows in November 2013.
