Some of my favorite submissions I receive for Inked Wednesday are from couples. I’ve seen a handful of rad his and hers tattoos that demonstrate love and devotion without committing any names to ink. For example, what says romance more than matching Ghostbusters tattoos? Stacey Griggs sent me photos of this epic ink she and her fiancé got from Rob Hamilton. Together, they are the Gatekeeper and the Keymaster. I don’t want to be all superlative and stuff, but aren’t these the best? Look!

You can’t see it, but I’m giving these tattoos a standing ovation. If you were to get matching tattoos with a loved one, what would you choose? Tell me in the comments.
But first! Hop to the gallery below to see more specimens of nerdtacular ink. You’ll see a wicked Game of Thrones tattoo, a freehand style Green Lantern emotional spectrum, a beautiful Harry Potter tattoo, and a Phoenix tattoo inspired by Rachel Summers.
If you have geeky ink of your very own or you’re a tattoo artist that applies pop culture-inspired ink on the regular, then please hit me up because I’d like to highlight you in a future Inked Wednesday gallery. You can get in touch with me via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Send photos of your tattoos or your work, and let me know the name of your tattoo artist if you have it, as well as which shop he or she works in.
