High Sodium Pork Products from “The Kids in the Hall”

In this week’s classic clip from The Kids in the Hall on the Nerdist Channel, Gordon’s up at 2 in the morning, and it’s all because of that “salty bloody ham.” A man work all day, he expects a NORMAL ham. He thinks his wife stuffed the ham with salt, but you can’t stuff a ham. And he just won’t let go of the Mushroom Pork Incident, even though it was back when they lived in the blue house.

After the sketch, Mark McKinney and Bruce McCulloch join Chris Hardwick to discuss writing sketches and coming up with new material after the first season.

Subscribe to the Nerdist Channel and watch your sodium. Stuff’ll kill you.

What are you goin on about NATE? …..doubt there was any seriousness behind this sketch…..mainly because it was a comedic sketch…..and as far as asking if it was the same guy with a piece of food stuck in his moustache(assuming this what you meant) That characters name was DON and gave off no real self awareness. This sketch shows a character that is aware but somewhat smart( IE his pat down at the end shows a man that knows how to get brownie points lol) Plus 2 different hairstyles between the two……is that what you meant ? or where you asking for the makeup artist 😛

IF i were to redo this sketch on any level i would have the wife at the end phone her friend and reveal that it worked and she should try it on her husband if she dooesnt want to make HAM anymore

You can totally stuff a ham. It doesn’t have a natural cavity like a bird or a whole lamb or pig, but people (in Maryland, especially) will cut deep slits in the ham and stuff them with filling, or “filet” the ham into a big long flat piece and then roll it up around the stuffing.

The impressive mustache work in this clip makes me wonder if this is the same guy who had a piece of food stuck in his ‘stache in that other KiTH skit.
