If the internet has taught us anything, it’s that it is never too early to get hyped for something. Gears of War 4 doesn’t come out until October 11th of this year for the Xbox One (well, that’s the word at the moment; thanks to Arkham Knight and Uncharted 4, we kind of have to take release dates with a grain of salt), but that doesn’t mean we can’t get pumped for it now.
Gears of War 4 takes place 25 years after the Locust War. JD Fenix is the son of Marcus Fenix and Anya Stroud, heroes from the last three iterations. JD, along with Del Walker and Kait Diaz, will be one of the main protagonists in the game, helping protect the planet from new threats.
The new figure stands 7 inches tall and has 15 points of articulation. You can take a closer look at it in the video below.
The Gears of War franchise has yet to let me down with its multiplayer awesomeness, so October can’t come soon enough.
So what do you think? Are you already trying to pre-order this new figure? Will Gears of War 4 stick to this release date, or follow the recent trend and get pushed back? Let me know on Twitter or sound off in the comments below.
